WE DON’T BELIEVE IT!

April 20, 2013 · Nick Harris

Actor and director Richard Wilson strongly backs our campaign. Richard says:

“ I am delighted to hear that there is now a campaign attempting to save the iconic studios at the old TV Centre. Speaking personally of course Studio 8 was where we recorded ONE FOOT IN THE GRAVE and it holds many happy memories…..many more famous British sitcoms were developed in that space. It seems crazy given the demand for studios that these still functioning buildings should be demolished.

British TV as we know it was developed and flourished in Studios 1-8 it is only right that we come together and preserve that legacy.”
