“Not Going Out” wasn’t filmed at TVC in the last twelve months.

The last series of Not Going Out was filmed at Teddington Studios. But I think one of the earlier series were made at TV Centre though.

“Not Going Out” was recorded in Studio 8 at TVC right up to late November 2012 and then returned to it’s original home at Teddington Studios.
I don’t think that any situation comedies such as “Butterflies” and “To The Manor Born” were ever recorded in Studio 7, as listed above. Studio 7 was far too small in size for situation comedies and was mostly used for childrens programmes and the News. Most situation comedies were recorded in any medium size studio that was available at TVC, such as Studio 3, 4, 6 and 8, but Studio 1 was also occasionally used for situation comedies.

You are absolutely right Bredin, “Not Going Out” was recorded at Teddington in 2012, as 2 websites clearly show. On the “Children In Need” live show in November 2012, Terry Wogan visited the “Not Going Out” studio and said that it was a studio down the corridor from the “Children In Need” studio at TVC. Terry Wogan had obviously visited the “Not Going Out” set at Teddington Studios on one of the recording nights leading up to the “Children In Need” night.
